Nakhichevan (Nakhchivan) is a province of Azerbaijan with an area of ​​about 5,363 square kilometers and is geographically separated from the rest of Azerbaijan. Reaching it requires passing either through West Azerbaijan, which is an Iranian province, or through Armenia. The Nakhichivan region allows Azerbaijan to connect geographically with Turkey through a window width of only 8 km. Its capital is the city of Nakhchivan.
