Ezzat Al-Alayli (September 15, 1934 - February 5, 2021), an Egyptian film actor, was born in the Bab El Shaeria neighborhood in Cairo. He appeared in many films in Egyptian cinema.

His life

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in 1960. He did not start his acting career after graduating because of his care for his four sisters after the death of his father. He worked for a while as a television programmer, before the opportunity arose through the movie (A Message from an Unknown Woman) in 1962, which was his cinematic debut. After that, his work increased and he participated in dozens of works between cinema and television. Ezzat Al-Alayli presented many cinematic roles, most notably “The Land” and “The Choice” by Youssef Chahine, and the movie “The Sakka Matt” by the late director Salah Abu Seif, and he also played prominent roles on television. .

Ezzat Al-Alayli passed away on February 5, 2021, at the age of 87.
