Ronald "Ron" Flowers (July 28, 1934, Edlington - November 12, 2021) was an English footballer. He was primarily a midfielder. He won the 1966 World Cup with the English national team, although he did not intervene in the fighting in the final tournament. However, he played at the World Cup in Chile in 1962. He played a total of 49 matches for the national team, in which he scored 10 goals. With the Wolverhampton Wanderers he won the English league three times (1953/54, 1957/58, 1958/59), in the 1959 season / 60 won the English Cup (FA Cup) with him.
