Juan Amat Fontanals (Tarrasa, Barcelona, ​​July 10, 1946-Tarrasa, May 11, 2022)[1] was a Spanish field hockey player.

Sports career

His most important achievement was a silver medal at the 1980 Moscow Olympics with the Spanish national team. His brothers Francisco, Pedro and Jaime and his nephews Pol Amat and Santi Amat also played field hockey professionally.[2]
