The 44th edition of the Vuelta a Burgos was a road cycling race in stages that was held between August 2 and 6, 2022 in the province of Burgos in Spain, starting in the city of Burgos and ending in the mountain pass of Lagunas de Neila over a route of 810 kilometers.[1] The race was part of the UCI ProSeries 2022, the second division world cycling calendar, within the UCI 2.Pro category. It was also a scoring event for the 2022 Spanish Professional Cycling Cup. The winner was the Frenchman Pavel Sivakov from the INEOS Grenadiers, being accompanied on the podium by the Portuguese João Almeida from the UAE Emirates and the Colombian Miguel Ángel López from Astana Qazaqstan, second. and third place respectively.

17 teams take part in the race: 12 from the UCI WorldTeam category and 5 from the UCI ProTeam category, who made up a platoon of 117 cyclists, of which 98 finished. The participating teams are:[2]
