Certina Kurth Frères is a Swiss luxury watch company founded in 1888 by two brothers, Adloff and Alfred Koqt, in the town of Granshan in Leuber, in the state of Solothurn, Switzerland. The company is currently a subsidiary of the Swatch Group and is headquartered in Le Lucel, Switzerland. Sertina is now based on the Swatch Group's new sales policies such as pricing and advertising from its previous position in the group's mid-range luxury watches such as Tissot, Hamilton, Balmain and Kelvin Klein watches to the group's high-end luxury watches such as Rado and Longin Has been upgraded.
