Definition of poetry and poet
Poetry in logic is a word that is typically composed of imaginary theorems and is uttered in order to influence others through emotion and stimulation of emotions. The aim of the poet is to impress his audience in the light of imagination and verbal formulation, and to accept his wishes according to the desire of the poet. Since the expression of imaginary theorems along with weight and rhyme, has a better effect on the mood of the audience and stimulates their feelings and emotions, so many scientists of logic, weight and rhyme as basic and effective factors in compiling Poetry has been considered and its observance has been recommended to poets.
The role of poets in history
Many poets and poetesses throughout history have played an important and key role in arousing the feelings and emotions of rulers and the general public in line with their aspirations. Take, for example, Rudaki's famous poem, which prompted his contemporary king to travel to Bukhara:
O Bukhara, be happy and be late
Shahzai is your guest
Shah is a cypress and Bukhara is a garden
Come to the park
It is the king of the moon and Bukhara is the sky
The moon is coming to the sky
Also, composing epic poems by some poets on the battlefields may have reunited a defeated and fugitive army, and by blowing the spirit of hope by stimulating the emotions of soldiers and commanders, it has brought that army back to the battlefield and created victories, such as Some of Ferdowsi's epic poems:
When the sun rises tomorrow
Me and the mace and the field and Afrasiab
