Askar Uzaqbaiuly Mamin (Kaz. Асқар Ұзақбайұлы Мамин, Asqar Ūzaqbaijár Mamin; born 23 October 1965) is a Kazakh politician who has been Prime Minister of Kazakhstan since February 2019. Askar Mamin's government announced his resignation on 5 January 2022. Prior to his Prime Minister, he has served as Deputy Prime Minister and Mayor of Astana and CEO of the state railway company. Mamin has studied construction engineering and economics in Kazakhstan and Russia.
