Main scientific activity

Eldar Salaev is a scientist in the field of solid state physics, quantum electronics and photoelectronics. He passed through the school of Academician Hasan M. Abdullayev. The main works are devoted to the study of semiconductors, the study of the energy spectra of different states. E.Salayev studied inductive irradiation in multilayer crystals using accelerated electron beams. These studies have made it possible to create laser beam converters. A deflector, a decoder, photodetectors, electronic microfridges, devices for metrological studies were created using semiconductors under the guidance of E.Salaev.
