Guido Imbens is a Dutch and American economist and economist. He is best known for his joint work with Joshua Angrist on instrumental variables.
He is one of three winners of the 2021 Nobel Prize in Economics along with Joshua Angrist and David Card.
Guido Imbens was born in 1963 in Geldrop. His family moved to Deurne in 1975. He began his research career in 983 at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
