2022–23 UEFA Nations League (League B)
The 2022–23 UEFA Nations League B is the second division of the 2022–23 UEFA Nations League.
17-32 in the 2022-2023 UEFA Nations League qualification ranking in League B. placers will participate, divided into four groups. In the groups, the teams will play a total of six matches, and they will face each other in a round-robin round-robin system in June and September 2022. The group winners will be promoted to the 2024–2025 UEFA Nations League League A, the fourth-placed teams will be relegated to the 2024–2025 UEFA Nations League C League.
Changes after the 2020-2021 announcement:
The promotion was made according to the 2022–2023 UEFA Nations League promotion ranking based on the 2020–21 UEFA Nations League overall ranking. The highlight was published on September 22, 2021.
The draw for the groups was held on December 16, 2021 at 18:00 CET in Nyon. One team from each hat was placed in each group. As the matches are played in June and September, there was no winter venue restriction. Due to political reasons, Russia and Ukraine could not be placed in the same group. Due to geographical distance and the resulting long journey, there could be at most one pairing per group from the following: Armenia and Iceland, Israel and Iceland.

League B's 16 teams are UEFA Nations League 17–32. will receive its rankings, based on the following rules:
The first places in the groups are the 17-20. are given positions based on their results in the group.
The runners-up of the groups are the 21-24. are given positions based on their results in the group.
The third places in the groups are the 25-28. are given positions based on their results in the group.
The fourth places in the groups are the 29-32. are given positions based on their results in the group.
