2022–23 UEFA Nations League (League C)
The 2022–23 UEFA Nations League C is the third division of the 2022–23 UEFA Nations League.
In League C, they are ranked 33-48 in the 2022-2023 UEFA Nations League qualifying rankings. placers will participate, divided into four groups. In the groups, the teams will play a total of six matches, and they will face each other in a round robin system in June and September 2022. The group winners advance to the 2024–25 UEFA Nations League League B, with the fourth-placed teams playing a qualifier.
Changes after the 2020-2021 announcement:
The promotion was made according to the 2022–2023 UEFA Nations League promotion ranking based on the 2020–21 UEFA Nations League overall ranking. The highlight was published on September 22, 2021.
The draw for the groups was held on December 16, 2021 at 18:00 CET in Nyon. One team from each hat was placed in each group. As the matches are played in June and September, there was no winter venue restriction. Due to geographical distance and the resulting long journey, there was a maximum of one pairing per group from Northern Ireland and Kazakhstan, Gibraltar and Azerbaijan.
The dates are to be understood according to Central European Summer Time (UTC+2). For matches played in a different time zone, the local time is also shown in parentheses.
The fourth-placed teams from League C will play a qualifier to decide which two teams will be relegated to League D. The qualifiers would be played on the same day as the 2024 UEFA European Championship play-offs. If one or more teams were to play in both the qualifiers and the additional qualifiers, then the qualifiers will be canceled and the two last-placed teams from the C league, the 47th and 48th ranked teams of the Nations League, will be relegated to the D league. The pairings of the qualifiers are as follows. The higher ranked team plays the second match at home.

The first places in the groups are 33-36. are given positions based on their results in the group.
The runners-up of the groups are 37-40. are given positions based on their results in the group.
The third places in the groups are 41–44. are given positions based on their results in the group.
The fourth places in the groups are 45-48. are given positions based on their results in the group.
