Kenji Yamamoto (山 本 健 志, Yamamoto Kenji ?; April 25, 1964) is a Japanese composer. Kenji Yamamoto is a famous video game soundtrack composer. Born on April 25, 1964, he has made himself known all over the world known for composing music for many titles of famous exclusive video games from the entertainment house Nintendo. Yamamoto mainly uses heavy drums, piano, express singing, and electric guitar. The compositions that made him famous are those for the Metroid series.
