Nev'yansk is a city in far western Siberian Russia (Sverdlovsk Oblast), located on the Nejva river, 99 km north of the capital Ekaterinburg; from an administrative point of view, it directly depends on the oblast 'and is the capital of the district of the same name. The symbol of the city is the leaning tower of the eighteenth century.
