Jo Min-ho (曺敏灝, January 4, 1987 – June 15, 2022) was a South Korean former ice hockey player whose position as a player was center.

Athlete days

After joining Anyang Halla in 2008, he worked only at Anyang Halla for 11 seasons except from 2013 to 2015, when he served in the military at Daemyung Sangmu, and recorded 124 goals and 324 assists in 393 professional games for 13 years, making 6 Asian leagues for Anyang Halla. Contributed to winning the ice hockey championship, advancing to the semifinals 4 times, winning the national ice hockey championship 5 times and runner-up 5 times. He also tasted the team's victory at the ice hockey championships. He was also active as a member of the Korean ice hockey team, contributing to winning a bronze medal at the 2011 Asian Winter Games and a silver medal at the 2017 Asian Winter Games. He also succeeded in advancing to the division. And at the 2018 Winter Olympics held in their home country, he scored the first goal of the Korean ice hockey team in the opening match against the Czech Republic, the winner of the 1998 Winter Olympics. He continued to fight the disease while receiving chemotherapy, but he passed away on June 15, 2022 at the age of 35.
