Ditlev von Pentz (1744–1821) was a Danish landowner and civil servant. He was county commissioner in Nordre Bergenhus for just under a year before he was the first county commissioner in Hedmark from 1781 to 1789. As county commissioner in Hedmark, he took several initiatives regarding granaries and the dissolution of forest estates. When he left the county he was unpopular for having demanded gifts of grain from the farmers. In 1789 he became county commissioner of Dronningborg, Silkeborg and Mariager counties, and from 1793 to 1815 county commissioner in Aalborg county. In Denmark, he is remembered as energetic and reform-minded. While he was in Hedmark, he lived on Ringnes farm in Stange.
