Steinar Amundsen (born 4 July 1945, died 16 June 2022) was a Norwegian kayaker who represented Bærum Kayak Club. He took gold in the K4 1,000 meters during the 1968 Olympics in Mexico City with Egil Søby, Tore Berger and Jan Johansen, and bronze at the same distance during the 1972 Olympics in Munich.
