Guides support readers and newcomers with all matters relating to Wikipedia:
help to edit (write and correct articles);
explain technical matters;
translate Wikipedia rules;
they are in a partnership relationship with the ward;
allow you to gently acclimatize to Wikiswiat;
they do not write custom-made articles. If you log in, you will be able to efficiently contact the guides within Wikipedia.
Some of them also provided other, more direct forms of contact, ensuring discretion.
Before you write
Before you write to the guides:
check whether the content you intend to post on Wikipedia complies with its rules;
Note that Wikipedia is not a place to place an ad and is not a business directory. If the company you want to describe is encyclopaedic, then do not forget that the slogan about it must be neutral, not advertising;
remember that the guides are volunteers and cannot always reply to your message quickly. Therefore, you can also ask a question on the Novice Questions page. There your message will be seen by more people and you will probably get the answer faster.
