Biography

Born July 22, 1891 in the village of Mikhailovskoye, Tula province.

Participation in World War I

In 1912 he was drafted into the Russian Imperial Army. Since 1913, after graduating from the Warsaw training team of the Life Guards of the Petrograd Regiment, he was promoted to corporal and served in the 10th company of this regiment as a platoon commander.
