Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr. (born September 13, 1957), also known as Bongbong Marcos, is a Filipino statesman and political figure. Biography

In 1980, during his father's dictatorship, 23-year-old Marcos Jr. became Lieutenant Governor of Ilocos North and three years later Governor of the province.
