"Tyumen Maniak" is an alleged Russian serial killer who has been responsible for a number of disappearances of children in Tyumen since 1997.

Alleged casualties

In 1997, 2-year-old Nikolai Ivanov disappeared in Tyumen. Law enforcement agencies did not report anything about his search, about the results of the investigation. In May of the same year, 17-year-old Lyubov Simonova disappeared. She went missing on her way home from her friend. The family and the police searched, but could not find the girl. Witnesses noted that the girl was followed by a trinity of strange men, one of whom stuttered badly. In 1998, 13-year-old Irina Kasyanova goes missing. On April 24 of the same year, her body was found by a truck driver. Some items of clothing were missing from the girl, but she was not raped. She was not fed for a long time, she became very thin. She was strangled with her hands, and then with a rope. In 2008, 8-year-old Eduard Alimbaev went missing. On November 26, he went after school to the school playground.
