The Government of Montenegro is the highest executive body in Montenegro. The scope of work, organization, manner of work and decision-making are regulated in accordance with the Constitution and laws of Montenegro and bylaws. The Government of Montenegro consists of the President, Vice Presidents and Ministers. Ministers in the Government of Montenegro are elected by the Parliament of Montenegro, the highest legislative body in Montenegro, to which the Government is responsible for fulfilling the obligations set out in the Constitution and laws of Montenegro.
