Valencia Basket Club is a Spanish basketball club from Valencia. It was founded in 1986, and from 1987 to 2009 it was known by the sponsorship name of Pames Valencia. In the 2021/22 season. competes in the ACB League and the Eurocup.


The club was founded in 1986 as "Valencia Hoya del Lunes". Valencia secured a place in the ACB League for the first time on May 4, 1988, where it remained until the 1994/95 season. In 1995, Valencia was relegated to the Second Division, after being defeated by Somontano Huesca in the play-offs. The following season, after finishing in 2nd place which did not secure her a higher ranking, Valencia bought Zaragoza's place in the ACB League and has been competing in the elite rank ever since. The club won the Spanish Cup for the first time in 1998, and in 2003, 2010, 2014 and 2019 it won the trophy in the Eurocup. In 2017, he finally reached his first title in the ACB League.
